Delete your account

This page is for the Pizzazz Texas app by PassPort Holdings Group, LLC.

In the app

1. Open Pizzazz and sign in.
2. Go to Me, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm it's you by signing in again, then confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted right away. If a cash-out is in progress, you can delete once it's paid or rejected. Earnings you haven't cashed out are given up when you delete.

Without the app

Email hello@pizzazzapp.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Pizzazz account". We'll delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm the account is yours first.

What's deleted

Your profile, photos, messages, bio, prompt answers, reviews, sign-in details, likes and skips, RSVPs, invite codes and prize claims. Other members stop seeing you right away, and nobody can sign in to the account again.

What's kept

• Points, sweepstakes entries and wins, without your name.
• Records of purchases, gift earnings and cash-outs, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Content that's part of a safety report, until the report is resolved.
• Check-in locations, which are deleted automatically within 90 days of each check-in.

Memberships keep renewing

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Basic or Luxury membership or a venue plan. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or it keeps charging you.
