Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

PassPort Holdings Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Pizzazz ("Pizzazz," "we," "us"), operates pizzazzapp.com and the Pizzazz mobile app (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who can use Pizzazz

Pizzazz is for adults 18 and older, in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete the account and its information.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information. Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth (to confirm you are 18+), profile photos, and the profile details you choose to add (interests, prompts, preferences).

Verification information. If you use identity or photo verification, we and our verification provider process the photos or documents you submit for that purpose.

Content and messages. Photos you post, events and listings you create, ratings and reviews you write, and messages you send to other members. Messages are stored so the conversation works and so we can review reports of abuse.

Location information. Pizzazz is built around local events. We use your location — with your device permission — to show nearby events and venues and to support venue check-ins. You can turn off location permissions in your device settings; some features (nearby events, check-ins) will not work without it.

Activity information. Events you view or RSVP to, check-ins, charms found, gifts sent and received, gift earnings credited and paid out, Reward Points earned, and sweepstakes entries earned.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and, for in-app purchases, by Apple or Google. We do not store your full card number on our systems. We receive limited billing details from the processor (such as the last four digits and payment status) to run your subscription.

Payout and tax information. If you earn gift earnings and become eligible for a payout, our payout partner (Stripe Connect) collects identity and tax information from you directly — such as government-issued identification, tax identification details, and bank account information — to verify your identity and to meet tax-reporting obligations. We receive confirmation of your verification and payout status and records of the amounts you have earned and been paid; we do not receive or store copies of your full identity documents or your full bank credentials from the payout partner. We keep earnings and payout records for accounting and tax purposes, including issuing IRS Form 1099 where the law requires.

Device and website information. When you use pizzazzapp.com or the app, we receive technical information such as device type, operating system, IP address, and how you use the Service. The website uses cookies and similar tools for sign-in, security, and basic analytics (see Section 6).

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as the law requires.
