Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PassPort Holdings Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Pizzazz ("Pizzazz," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing pizzazzapp.com, or using the Pizzazz mobile app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
1. What Pizzazz is
Pizzazz is an events and social platform — an Event and Dating Mobile App. Members discover local events at restaurants, bars, and other venues, create profiles, message one another, and attend events. Businesses subscribe to list their venues and promote their events.
Pizzazz does not provide a matchmaking service. We do not pair, introduce, or arrange dates for anyone. Members find and contact each other on their own initiative, through events and the platform's discovery tools.
2. Eligibility — adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be removed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information on your profile and for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly at hello@pizzazzapp.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may offer identity and photo verification; a verification badge means the checks we ran were passed — it is not a guarantee of any person's identity, background, or intentions.
4. Safety — read this section carefully
Pizzazz has zero tolerance for human trafficking and abuse.
- Human trafficking in any form — including sexual exploitation, forced labor, and the recruitment, transport, or harboring of any person for exploitation — is expressly prohibited on this Service.
- Aiding, abetting, encouraging, arranging, or profiting from human trafficking or from the abuse or exploitation of any person is expressly prohibited.
- We report suspected trafficking and exploitation to law enforcement, and we cooperate with lawful investigations.
The following are also prohibited anywhere on the Service:
- Minors: any presence of, contact with, or content involving anyone under 18.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or unwanted repeated contact.
- Impersonation of any person or business, or false claims of affiliation.
- Solicitation or prostitution, including offering or requesting sexual services for money or anything of value.
- Illegal activity of any kind, including fraud and the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Hate content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Posting another person's personal information (phone numbers, addresses, financial details, private photos) without their consent.
- Spam, scams, fake events, and misleading venue listings.
Our full conduct code is in the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can lead to content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban, at our discretion.
Meet safely. Pizzazz does not conduct criminal background checks on members. If you meet someone through the Service, meet in public, tell someone where you'll be, and arrange your own transportation. Report and block anyone who makes you uncomfortable, in the app or at hello@pizzazzapp.com.
5. User content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content within the Service so the platform works (for example, showing your profile to other members). You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. Profiles, photos, and other user content are moderated, and objectionable content can be filtered or removed. Members can report content and block other members in the app; we act on reports of objectionable content promptly, including removing content and ejecting offending users.
6. Events and venues
Events listed on Pizzazz are presented by the venues and hosts who post them. We do not guarantee attendance, availability, pricing, or the quality of any event or venue. Venue ratings and reviews reflect members' opinions, not ours. Your dealings with a venue or another member are between you and them.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
- Member subscription: $8.95/month. Venue/business subscription: $8.95/month. See the Pricing page for details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed through your store account and are subject to that store's terms.
- Digital gifts ("Emojis") are one-time in-app purchases. A gift is a digital item delivered to the receiving member inside the app. Receiving members earn cash gift earnings on paid gifts — see Section 8.
- Refunds, where available, follow our Refund Policy.
8. Gift earnings and payouts
- How earnings work. When you receive a paid digital gift (Emoji), you earn 40% of the gift's purchase price in cash. Earnings are credited to your in-app wallet as gifts are delivered. Receiving a gift also earns you Reward Points (see Section 9).
- Who can be paid. Any member can receive gifts and earn. To be paid out, you must be a paid subscriber ($8.95/month) in good standing at the time of payout.
- The $500 threshold. Payouts unlock when your wallet balance reaches $500. Balances below $500 are not payable.
- How payouts are processed. Payouts are processed through our payment partner, Stripe Connect. Before your first payout, you must complete the payout partner's identity and tax verification. We issue IRS Form 1099 where the law requires. Once your wallet balance reaches $500 and your verification is complete, you may request a payout. Approved payouts are issued once a week, and funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2 to 5 business days after they are issued, depending on your bank. A first payout on a new account may take longer while the payout partner completes its review.
- Gifts are final. A delivered gift cannot be taken back by the sender, and the sender's purchase is final (see the Refund Policy).
- Fraud and abuse. Earnings that result from fraud, fake accounts, self-gifting schemes, chargeback abuse, or other violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy may be withheld, and accounts involved may be suspended or banned. If your account is terminated for a violation, unpaid earnings may be forfeited.
- Closing your account. If you close your account, or your subscription lapses, before your wallet balance reaches the $500 payout threshold, the unpaid balance is not paid out.
- Not Reward Points. Gift earnings are cash. They are a separate system from Reward Points, which are never cash (see Section 9).
9. Reward Points
Reward Points are earned through activity on the Service. Reward Points are not money. They are never cash, are never redeemable as currency, have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Service. Points determine rank and standing on leaderboards. Reward Points are not gift earnings, and gift earnings are not Reward Points.
10. Prizes and the sweepstakes
- Monthly state leaderboards recognize the top 50 point earners per state, and year-end awards include a grand prize of a Vacation for Two for the year's #1 earner overall. Prizes are awarded under the rules published for each period; prize details are not announced in advance and prize sizes are set by us based on affordability.
- Pizzazz runs one annual sweepstakes, sponsored by PassPort Holdings Group, LLC, with an $850 cash prize as the starting prize. Entry is free. Entries are earned only through participation in the Service; entries are never sold. The sweepstakes is void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and where prohibited. Full official rules are published before entry opens and govern the sweepstakes.
- Gift earnings are described in Section 8. They are separate from prizes and from the sweepstakes.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or for conduct that puts members, venues, or the Service at risk.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that events will occur as listed, that members' profiles are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
